Goodnight

I am off to play a little Soul Reaver. Nothing like slicing a vampire into a staggering, bloodied creature to only impale them and eat their soul. Come on, what is there not to love about that? I am in the Silenced Cathedral level in the game.
Here’s the intro to a very cool game that really holds up.
Yeah, I will write a little before I play…and I have to do writing tomorrow. I am going to The Bookshelf fer shur.
Goodnight!

The Cat’s Meow
Got a full day ahead. Going to go to Walmart to get the kids some new pants. The old ones are a little short and 2 had holes. Yeah, time for some new pants. And I’ll see if I can get some long sleeve shirts too.
Then I’m going to The Bookshelf to do some writing. Worked a little on my WIP yesterday, but there are too many distractions at home. I’m writing out the remainder of my WIP longhand which is going well. I’ll be typing it up soon.
If I was at the computer, the cat would insist to sit on my shoulder. No lie. She is on my left shoulder snoozing right now. LOL She really is my little buddy. Of course, my dog Angel is a little jealous. She is laying at my feet at the moment. Probably wondering when she can toss the kitten in the air if she falls from my shoulder. LOL
I played a bit of Soul Reaver yesterday on my PSP. Got past the first boss and the first confrontation with Kain. Such a great game. I downloaded some demos to try for the kids. Yeah, they like my PSP too, but Soul Reaver isn”t a game for kids. Instead I downloaded a kiddie horse game and Lego Batman. We have the Lego Indy on PSP and Lego Star Wars on Wii and PSP, and they like those. I was looking at the Animal Crossing: City Folk game for Wii for the kids for Christmas. I can get it at Gamefly for a good price used.
Edited to add @ 10am:
Kind of stormy today. Think I’ll hold off on The Bookshelf…and Walmart. There are tornado watches going on…ugh.

Going to the Christmas parade tonight here in town. Well, yeah, ’cause the kids are going to be in it. We were just going to go watch, but now… I do hope it warms up before then. It is in the 40s right now.
I surfed over to the Playstation store yesterday and found a bunch of new games now available for download, including Soul Reaver, one of my favorites. I haven’t played it in a while as the kids always wanted to play Spyro. Then it just went by the wayside. But now it is on the PSP!! Oh you know I downloaded it. I was amazed at how many games they have now for download. I think it is probably because the new PSP Go has no disks…all download. Anyway, I have been playing Soul Reaver a bit…
Oh, and I did work on my WIP this weekend. I will write LOTS more this week once my brother leaves later today.
