First of all, I would like to thank Mari for inviting me to blog here today. I have been a fan of Mari’s for at least three years and was wowed that she is as great a person as she is a writer.

Hello all. I am Shara Azod. I have been writing literally all of my life, but my first book, My Cherie Amour came out last November at Red Rose Publishing. I currently have nine titles at Red Rose available now, and one at Cacoethes Publishing, Thierry’s Angel in ebook or print. My latest release is actually a free read that will be available (along with about four other free reads) this Thursday, July 17th at Red Rose Publishing http://redrosepublishing.com/bookstore/index.php.

Fragile

Fagile was written with RaeLynn Blue. It is a somewhat dark tale about the victim of a random, but horrific act of violence and the detective who would not rest until her case was solved and her love was won.

Cayla was not the typical gun shot victim. A quiet waitress, she brutally gunned down coming out of the neighborhood corner store. There was nothing taken, there was no motive, just a fragile, broken woman lying on the cold, broken sidewalk.

Kale was not the easiest cop to get along with. Biting and sarcastic, he worked alone caring for little but the job. There was something about this case that Kale just couldn’t let go. There was something about this victim that called him unlike any other.

Hope some of you are enticed to take a look, after all, it’s free.

And coming soon also to Red Rose Publishing…

Azod & Blue Presents~Labor of Love Series

There are a total of nine titles in this series by really great authors including Zinnia Hope, Jayha Leigh & Jeanie Johnson. This was a contest held my RaeLynn Blue and myself for authors to create a romance in a non-traditional work environment. It was loads of fun to read through the entries, though choosing the winners was tough. My humble offering, One Good Man as well as RaeLynn’s, Black Box Bistro will be among the last to be released, probably around Labor Day.

Photobucket

Elizabeth is a woman on a mission. She needs to find out who is smuggling drugs in weapons shipments. Instead of sending one of the investigators under her command, she goes undercover herself. This was personal. As soon as she found the scum who had disgraced the uniform and endangered lives, she was going to put a serious hurt on him.

Erik is a hardcore take charge Marine. He has spent years in the field as the commander of his Recon unit. What he wanted to know was, what was a very sexy Navy officer doing pre tending to be a ditzy debutante? And why was she at his weapons depot?

There are lots of pots on the fire. I am working on a funny series about a band of female criminals, I am also working hard to get out my Leading Lady books, where fans won the starring role in their very own novellas, where they get to control parts of the plot and all of their character. I will hopefully be finishing several projects currently in the works with my Alice (Alice Through the Looking Glass) RaeLynn Blue. I also have a contest currently running through the end of July open only to members of my Yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sharascorner/.

Whew! I think I ran the the major points. I just returned from a two week vacation in Indiana (that was a 16 hour drive) with the husband and kiddies, so I am beat! I love to hear from readers and potential readers, so don’t hesitate to drop me a line any time!

Happy Reading!
