Friday Music Video: Obsession

I came up with this week’s music video from listening to the iPod while exercising on Thursday. Okay, I’m guilty of listening to 80s music while exercising.  I was watching the news, but it never changes. Economy=bad. Politics=disagreements. When the only thing interesting is the weather forecast, I had to make a change. I bought myself one of those armbands for my ipod so I can just get up and go. That comes in handy when I keep changing machines. You know, the strengthening stuff (leg press, ab crunch, etc.) Can’t do length of time on those, it’s reps. No, I’m not exercise obsessed. I swear. I just go for an hour or so a few times a week. I can see a difference. I took a look in the full length mirror today at the gym and I could see the results of the hard work. It was nice to see.

The funny thing about this video (other than the campiness) is I dressed as Cleopatra one Halloween in college for a sorority party.

And for the record, sex offenders, particularly child sex offenders, ought to remain in jail for life. I say that because of the attack in Tallahassee from a KNOWN child molester…and because I hate living down the street from one. It is scary.

Worked out today, longer than usual. I got on the treadmill and the bike for a total of 45 minutes. Of course did weights too.  Right now it is pouring buckets outside, which is why I went ahead and got on the treadmill once I was actually done my workout. I thought if I had to wait out the rain, might as well do something. But it was not letting up. I went out and got soaked, but who cares, I’m about to get a shower anyway.

I pick up my new glasses today. I can hardly wait.
